PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CITY OF CAVE CITY
A second required public hearing concerning the implementation of an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant, which provided funds for construction (now wrapping up) of city sewer main improvements, will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 12:00 Noon in the Cave City City Hall, 201 South Main St.
The purpose of this hearing is to inform citizens of the current and final scope and progress of the ACEDP project; discuss any changes or impacts involving financing sources, user fees or beneficiaries that have occurred since the first hearing held on August 27, 2024, and to accept oral and written comments regarding the project; and discuss any potential impacts upon citizens that may/will result during the course of the project.
All residents of Cave City are encouraged to attend this hearing and participate in the community development process. Anyone desiring to comment on the project can submit written comments to: Mayor Jonas Anderson, P.O. Box 69, Cave City, AR 72521 or cityhall@cavecity.us
