The Cave City Water & Sewer Department serves the water and sanitary sewer needs of over 1,300 customers each day, with a network of lines, meters, pumps, tanks, and wells throughout the city and outlying rural areas.
establishing a new service
All adults over the age of 18 that will occupy the residence must provide information to the department. The person(s) applying for service must be physically present at the time of application. The following documents will be required to establish service:
Copy of closing settlement showing ownership (for home owners only)
Driver licenses for all adults over the age of 18 to occupy the residence
Payment of a security deposit ($25 owners/$100 renters * any applicant who may be credit risk or those without an Arkansas driver license may pay a higher deposit)
Satisfactory credit check.
paying your water bill
Bills are mailed to customers at the first of each month, with payments due on the 15th. If you do not receive your bill, please call us BEFORE the due date.
Mail your bill stub, along with a check, to Cave City Water Dept., PO Box 69, Cave City,, AR 72521. (Credit/Debit cards are not currently accepted in the office.)
Come into the water office at City Hall with a check, cash, or money order during normal business hours.
Utilize the 24/7 drop box next to the entrance door.
Review and pay your bill online for a small transaction fee. You can also call (855)-483-5729. Use identification code 7252111. You will need your account number, and remember that online and phone payments will post to your account on the following business day.
Sign Up for our free ACH service to have your bill automatically drafted from a checking account on the due date each month. You can download the form here. PLEASE NOTE: You must also include a voided check (or a copy) with your account number when submitting the form. Incomplete submissions cannot be processed.
